Daniela Vieira is an IT Engineering Coordinator at Itaú Unibanco, the largest financial institution in Latin America, focusing on Telecom products and critical infrastructure. She holds a degree in Computer Networks and an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0, with more than 18 years of experience in leading technology and financial companies. Throughout her career, she has specialized in network engineering, project management, and building resilient infrastructures, always ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with strategic business demands. At Itaú, her mission is to balance innovation, efficiency, and resilience in Telecom services. Beyond her technical role, she is also one of the leaders of Telco Ladies, an initiative that promotes inclusion and strengthens female leadership in the technology sector.

Dr. Gerald Pfeifer is CTO at SUSE and chair of the board of the openSUSE project. He enjoys building bridges between business, technology, and communities, has been contributing to open source before that term was coined, and drove the transformation of SUSE's portfolio from the world's first enterprise Linux to software-defined infrastructure and container application platforms around Kubernetes.

Thomas Hecht has more than 10 years of professional experience and 3 degrees from universities of applied sciences in the fields of corporate security and risk management, as well as information security and IT security. Through research activities and professional activities in an energy company, Thomas was also able to gain experience in the field of OT security. He has worked for various companies in the field of information security management that have either purchased ICT services or provide such services. For more than 4 years now he has been working for Deutsche Telekom, managing the Enterprise Security Architecture for Reliable ICT Service (ESARIS) for the global Enterprise IT service provider T-Systems. For over 1 year he has been leading the international team responsible for this. ESARIS was made mandatory in T-System a few years ago and has become an industry standard as part of the Zero Outage Industry Standard (ZOIS).

She began her career in the Transportation business in Spain in 2003, before joining the Technical Directorate in France, where she held a variety of roles. In 2017, she was appointed Technical Director of the Mainline Business Line, playing a pivotal role in driving the digitalization of the signalling business. In 2018, she transitioned to the Business Line Headquarters in Germany, where her responsibilities expanded to include Strategy and Product Policy. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping the digital transformation roadmap and aligning product development with evolving market demands. In 2021, her role further broadened to encompass Marketing and Communications, underscoring her cross-functional expertise and strategic vision.

Iosif Itkin is a co-founder & co-CEO of Exactpro, an independent provider of software testing services for financial sector organisations. Founded in 2009, Exactpro employs over 450 specialists. Among other things Iosif is responsible for the AI Testing strategy and trading systems reliability research. He holds a MSc degree in Theoretical Physics.
In his professional career, Iosif has held many technology roles: software developer, performance testing department lead, technology architect, VP of technology – on a number of global financial industry initiatives. Iosif’s expertise at the intersection of high-availability systems and capital markets has enabled him to successfully facilitate technology transformations within exchanges, investment banks and clearing and settlement organisations in London, New York, Milan, Singapore, Sydney and other major financial centres.

Gregory Dias Marques is an IT Platform Engineering Coordinator at Itaú Unibanco, Latin America's largest financial institution. Throughout his career, he has led high-complexity and high-demand projects across various domains, including software development, automation, self-service solutions, data and voice networks, data centers, security, and cloud infrastructure. Gregory has a strong focus on ITSM practices and plays a key role in modernizing engineering processes. He leads the Quality Control Tower, strategically applying leading and lagging indicators to drive excellence in software engineering initiatives connected to the digital product development lifecycle (SDLC) and cultural transformation efforts. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Unicamp, with academic highlights in Project Management, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Decision Support Systems, and other core disciplines. His mission at Itaú is to ensure the resilience and efficiency of technology platforms, fostering innovation with governance and a strong focus on customer experience.

Marcos Rodrigues Dos Santos is a Product Analyst at Itaú Unibanco, Latin America's largest financial institution, working in the Quality Control Tower for Technology. His focus is on improving technology quality and achieving zero outage through incident reduction, governance of strategic programs, and analytics-driven studies. He holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Data Science and Analytics, with over 7 years at Itaú and more than 4 years of experience in the technology domain. Marcos has developed expertise in ITSM, Telecom, OKRs, and ITIL practices. At Itaú, his mission is to enhance the customer experience by reducing incidents and strengthening the resilience of technology services.
